Telephone orders and enquiries
In order to reduce costs we have manned telephone calls only on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11am to 3pm telephone 020 8874 7059. We have extensive information and online ordering for propeller repairs, parts, new propellers and reconditioned propellers. We update all orders with order status and tracking details which you can view via your email order confirmation by clicking the blue button "view your order"

Courier Delivery & Collection terms
If sending by Courier please note we are open Monday Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday we are closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays.
We recommend sending by a secure parcel method which requires a physical signature on delivery. We do not recommend sending by a carrier who will leave parcels outside our premises unattended or deliver when we are closed. We are not responsible for parcels left unattended outside our premises and this is not considered a secure delivery

If you have placed an online order you can check the status and any tracking details from your email order confirmation by clicking the blue button "view your order"
Propeller Calculations
If you are unsure of the propeller size you require and due to the individual nature of propeller size selection we require the following information in order to give you technical assistance.
1. Make & Model of Vessel
2. Engine Size make & model, outboard, outdrive, inboard
3. Horsepower of Engine and maximum RPM of engine, if its a twin installation please let us know
4. Size, type and number of blades of current propeller and RPM achieved with current propeller
The more information and test data you can give the better the propeller calculation will be.

We have secure online ordering for repairs and products, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location, VAT will also be added at checkout.
