Gearcase sizes are measured as indicated, please note the gearcase size is measured on the engine, it is the outside diameter of the housing into which the propeller locates.

The propeller is then sized as follows

Each gearcase size is given a reference letter.

The next number refers to the number of blades, then the propeller diamater and finaly the pitch.

Please note that propellers are measured in imperial inches. All propeller sizes shown on this site are given in inches
