If your prop is beyond repair the collection fee is still payable, however we will refund any repair cost paid
We can not offer collection on the same day as booking, therefore please select next working day or later. IE if booking on Monday earliest collection day will be Tuesday etc. We will do our best to arrange collection on requested day but this may change due to carriers availability. Unfortunalty we can not specify an exact time for collection
